Technology connects us, as we have advanced from more connectivity…

Whenever you read the news, watch TV, or hang out with your friends, it is impossible to have a constructive discourse without the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) arising. We live in a world where AI is being proliferated in a much more tangible form than ever before

The term AI is not new; it has been around since the advent of the science fiction genre. Humans have always been fascinated by the idea of a sentient lifeform created by humans that can replicate human-like intelligence and may even surpass it with constant improvements and upgrades. This deep-rooted imagination about technology, combined with the success of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, has catapulted our imaginations to believe that our desire for a fully-fledged AI is becoming a reality.

This advancement will undoubtedly power up the advancement of the software as a service (SaaS) industry. But what about devices? As a sales/marketing expert (and a part-time investor) in the hardware side of technology, I believe that the explosion in the development of AI will likely amplify the improvements on the hardware side of the world as well.

AI empowers tech devices to be much more interactive than before. For example, with GPT features, your computer’s response to your questions can be much more in-depth than a simple Google search.

The main benefit of AI is that it enhances the reach of your devices. Your devices are becoming more communicative, so that we can all be connected to the world in a faster and more accurate way. That’s not all. The way devices are being empowered can enable an enlarged ecosystem of technology that can encompass a much larger product offering for the vast majority of consumers around the world. By having all appliances become available in a much more bespoke term, we can find new opportunities to be connected and be offered customized user experiences. This is not just true ergonomically, but also internally (from within…from the software to hardware).

If you think about it in first principles, enhanced connectivity is the goal of all devices. Any appliances or devices humans use must compliment or improve the existing ones to add exponential value for us to adopt it. It is plain as day that every advancement in technology is to ensure a faster processing and connectivity.

Human beings are a social animal, so any tool we create to help our advancements will have similar traits.

We connect to innovate; we are innovative because we connect better.

The future has to be more connected, and we have to embrace more connectivity if we are to be better than our former selves.
